Before you leave to commute
Check your phone and set up that timer... Productivity apps are a tool to help you manage your time, tasks and projects more effectively. Apps like Togglr and Todoist are helpful for you to understand how you are using your time and for you to improve your time management skills. They include features like project organization, priorities, deadlines and collaboration. If you are more old-school and prefer pen and paper, refer to organizational frameworks instead. Frameworks like the Eisenhower Matrix and the Kanban System were developed by leading organizational researchers. Experiment with your specific workflow and understand your preferences.
During the working day
Take a new course or revisit it... Online courses and learning can be instrumental towards achieving your personal and professional goals. You can earn awards and certificates and gain insight into a top firm and university institute. Platforms like edX and Udemy host thousands of high-quality courses on business, technology, and creative skills, encouraging interaction with fellow learners through group activities, discussions, and peer reviews. This is accessible as well from your work organization. For example, Heathrow Academy is available to me to access. Its good to stay ahead of the curve.

After work or for the next day
Stay connected... Networking is a crucial skill, involving building and maintaining relationships with people who can offer advice, information, and opportunities. It can also help you advance your career, gain new insights, and form mutually beneficial connections. Using LinkedIn or your Internal social platform is good for personal branding, development and outreach. In addition to this, you can consider Workplace spirituality! This concept has recently been gaining traction due to its positive impacts on employee performance and employee well-being. Regardless of background, I recently found thinking about spirituality can be helpful for the mind - a solution to modern stresses and challenges.
So... Repeat!
Summer is here. Change up your work outfit. You could feel like yourself or someone entirely else. If you are in seek of inspiration, just type "choose your outfit" into a search bar (go on your Instagram or Facebook). Get ready, look into the mirror again and try smile. It is a new day.
Understand your natural sleep cycle. Remove the need for alarm clocks and wake up when your body is ready. You can gradually adjust your bedtime to eliminate the need for alarms altogether.
